The Administrative Services and Functions Provided by iNDC, is to Commence and Complete the Debt Counselling and Debt Review Process. This Includes the Suspension of Legal Proceedings Against the Consumer, Negotiation with Creditors and the Facilitation of Payment. It further Includes the Facilitation of Consent Orders and Court Orders on Behalf of the Consumer.

The core iNDC team have been involved in corporate and entrepreneurial ventures for over 25 years, have an extensive knowledge of Businesses / Consulting Businesses , Personal and Commercial debt and understand the inner works of Debt Counselors and Credit Providers, as well as Employer’s HR Departments and Groups.

iNDC Team Members:

Lindy has been involved in Business Administration for the past 15 years.

She (and her team) is Responsible for the iNDC Back Office Administration of the Full Debt Review Process.  Her Staff is Multi-Skilled and/or Trained, to do Any Division of the Debt Review Process.

Johan Lubbe, a Shareholder of iNDC, has been involved in the Financial Services Industry as  a General Manager for Agencies and Franchises, with a Strong Focus on Business Growth and Performance Management.

He is the Webmaster, and Responsible for the Development and Maintenance of our Websites, Online Marketing and Lead Generation.

Rudi Grobbelaar, a Shareholder of iNDC, holds a Degree in Engineering and MBA (Cum Laude). He has a strong corporate background in Business Analysis, System Architecture and Project Management.

Rudi is Managing the Finances and Assists in the  Building of Infrastucture /IT Processes / Business Revenue Model / Pastel, etc.

Paul Kotze has been instrumental in the Management and Marketing of several Companies throughout South Africa. His primary field of expertise lies in the identification, motivation and development of individuals who contribute and add value to the organization based on mutual respect, honesty and unquestionable integrity.

Paul Consults with Over-Indebted Consumers from the  iNDC Head Office. He is experienced in Assisting People to ascertain their Level of Indebtness quickly … to Save them Time,  to get the Application Completed, as well as All the Necessary Documentation, which is then checked and signed off, and the Debt Review Process is taken forward by our Admin. Offices.

Timm Sothmann, a Shareholder of iNDC, holds a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering. He took responsibility for Information and Communication Technology Management in various ventures.

Timm looks after the Constant Expansion of our IT Platform + Infrastructure, the Setting up and Development + Maintenance of all Hardware, as well as Software Systems, etc.

Paul Sentle, holds a B Com Degree. He is currently a software system solutions architect and took responsibility for the implementation of various projects in both the private and public sector.

The whole Team … continuously, are Defining the Capacity Requirements (Infrastructure, People, Processes and Systems) in order to cope with Expected Volumes as well as an Action plan to Address all Requirements.
