The core iNDC team have been involved in corporate and entrepreneurial ventures for over 25 years, have an extensive knowledge of Businesses / Consulting Businesses , Personal and Commercial debt and understand the inner works of Debt Counselors and Credit Providers, as well as Employer’s HR Departments and Groups.
This experience complements our ability to implement and manage effective Systems and Negotiate Settlements with various types of Credit Providers. iNDC Managing Members:
Johnny Lubbe is the Chief Executive, and has been involved in various entrepreneurial ventures with strong emphasis on marketing and public relations.

Johnny is responsible for the the Overall Management of all aspects of our Business
Lindy Bruwer/Lubbe has been involved in Business Administration for the past 17 years.
She is Responsible for the iNDC Back Office Administration of the Full Debt Review Process. Her Staff is Multi-Skilled and/or Trained, to do Any Division of the Debt Review Process. Lindy is also registered with the NCR as a Debt Counsellor
Johan Lubbe, has been involved in the Financial Services Industry, with a Strong Focus on Business Growth and Sales Performance Management.
He is the Webmaster, and Responsible for the Online Marketing and Lead Generation, and the Development and Optimization of our Websites.
Online Debt Counselling / Restructuring of Consumers’ Budgets:
Paul Kotze has been instrumental in the Management and Marketing of several Companies.
Paul Consults with Over-Indebted Consumers throughout South Africa/Online (from our iNDC Head Office).
He is experienced in Assisting Consumers to ascertain their Level of Indebtness quickly … to Assist them to Restructure their Budgets, to get the Online Application Completed, as well as All the Necessary Documentation, which is then checked and signed off, and the Debt Review Process is taken forward by our Admin. Offices.
